I was lucky enough to work on a design of a mobile app for the Space Needle - one of the most recognizable landmarks in the world.
Strategy
GET Space Needle’s visitors WHO are tired of waiting in lines to interact with experiences TO seamlessly launch all of them via their phone including getting their photos in seconds BY providing mobile app which allows discover, interact and share those experiences with ease during their visit.
Results
As a result the amount of time to get photos taken by users decreased from 10-15 min to several seconds.
20% more users started using a brand new app in a month already. New data and results helped to plan out features and priorities for the 2nd version of the Space Needle mobile app.
